Spicy Pork Chuck



Ingredients:
450g pork chuck
1 plant Chinese Celery
3 Small Chillies (finely Chopped)
4 cloves garlic and 3 slices ginger (finely chopped)
Marinade:
1 tbsp light soy sauce
pepper
1 tbsp cornflour
Seasoning:
1 1/2 tbsps Zhenjian vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Method:
-Wash pork chuck and slice thinly. Mix with marinade.
-Remove the leaves of Chinese celery and keep the stems. Wash and dice.
-Heat wok and add 1 tbsp of oil. Put in pork chuck and stir fry until it is light brown. Add ginger and garlic and stir fry until fragrant. Pour in seasoning and stir fry until the sauce dries up. Add Chinese celery and chili and stir fry. Serve.
